The house with soul and a patio, stunning sea views, has two separate bedroom and a large spacious sleeping loft, a living room, a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Enjoy the coolness in the livingroom of the house when it is warmest outside. Access to the stylishly furnished living room with fire place, proximity to the kitchen and glorious views of the Adriatic sea directly from the terrace does not make the experience any less.

* The prices are fixed and refer to the rental of the entire property (not basement, used as storage) for up to 6 guests.

Large Terrace with BBQ
The terrace of a total of 25 sqm offers a fantastic view of the central village of Tucepi with its beautiful harbour and an outstanding view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Comfortable table with six chairs, gas barbecue grill and a couple of sun loungers for convenience. The terrace is covered with bamboo mats whose purpose is to create an enjoyable environment even when the sun is high in the sky. Roughly, your own place under the sun!
Air Conditioned Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioner for a comfortable night’s sleep. All bedrooms are equipped with new, comfortable beds and furnished so that our guests can feel like in their own home, even when away from home. In the bedrooms there is a wardrobe with plenty of space to be used by all guests. There are plenty of windows, even a skylight, which lets in the light in all the rooms with the opportunity to experience the beautiful nature just outside the house.
Well Equipped Kitchen
The property has fully equipped kitchen with all possible amenities such as dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker etc. The kitchen is located on second floor, nearby living room and terrace as well as the main centers. You may choose to prepare your meal on the terrace where you will find a gas barbecue grill with all amenities, all that while enjoying the beautiful views. The choice is all yours.
Private Garage
Under the terrace you will find a garage that is offered free of charge to the accommodation. The garage door is controlled by remote control. It is also possible to have an extra car parked on the driveway. The road to the property is curvy and steep, is paved and on the way to the house you take you through olive groves of rarely seen kind. Some of them several hundred of years old! So beautiful and impressive at the same time. All that while driving or walking to your place!

The beach in Tucepi is about 4 km long and is by far the longest on the entire Makarska Riviera. You will surely find a place for you too. If for any reason you are tired of its beauty, you can always seek the nearby range of restaurants, shops and other attractions. Or why not take a walk back to the property, sit on the terrace and enjoy all the glory, feel like holding the whole picture in your own hand.
